Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a successful business in Mansfield, to assist in the recruitment of a Management Accountant. They are based within an easily accessible location and boast excellent facilities.

This main purpose of the role is to provide a full and comprehensive management accounting support as part of a team of 4 and you will also provide analysis and a various reports as part of the management accounting pack. Duties will include: –
– To ensure the timely and accurate production of monthly management accounts (Including P&L and Balance Sheet)
– Stock reconciliation
– Balance Sheet Reconciliation
– Variance Analysis
– Support other departmental managers through agreement and facilitation of real-time accounts information
– Always striving to help in the development of quality of data and reporting
– Assist in the improvement of accounting systems and identification of cost savings throughout the business
– Carrying out various ad-hoc projects
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
– ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified Accountant/ Late Part Qualified
– Previous experience in Management Accounts
– Good IT skills
– Organised and able to prioritise workloads
– Ability to deal with stakeholders at any level
– Strong communicator
Please note the role will ideally be 5 days a week in the office although some hybrid can be offered and they are flexible.
