As a Salesforce Software Engineer, you’ll act as the business-facing Subject Matter Expert for the Salesforce technology stack. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that Elsevier has a functional Salesforce deployment and desired level of user support is being achieved. Additionally, you’ll engage directly with global, multi-functional teams to provide user support and assist in the strategic development and enhancement of the Customer Relationship Management application.
