Level 3 Nursery Nurse
Location: Stockport
Salary: £1,450-£1,600 per month.
Hours: 8am-5pm.
A Level 3 nursery nurse is needed for an “Outstanding” Nursery in Stockport.
This is an exciting and varied role where no one day will be the same. The nursery is well-known in the borough and holds strong core values priding themselves on the wellbeing of their students.
For this role you will need:
Level 3 Qualification within Early Years
Phonics experience (Preferable)
School based references from the last 2 years
Excellent written communications and language skills
A DBS on the update service or happy to complete a new one
Your main role within the school will include:
The nursery offers great support to both children and staff and they have introduced a new training scheme for both permanent and temporary staff members within the nursery.
The level 3 Nursery Nurse will deliver and maintain high quality care that stimulates children and aids each child’s personal development.
The successful candidate will have a desire for working within a nursery to help children learn and develop holistically. The candidate will have a range of experience working with children within a nursery setting and will be keen to further develop their career with potential to grow their knowledge and skills. You will work as part of the management team to provide professional leadership and management to the Nursery staff (nursery Nurses, Assistants and Support Staff) to ensure that all children receive the highest standards of care and education.
Acting as designated key person for an allocated number of children.
Ensuring you observe, plan, and assess children’s learning and development within the EYFS framework.
Developing positive partnership with parents.
Working as part of a wider management structure within the Nursery.
Supporting team development.
