Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
Office Based.
£40-£42 per hour
With 22 years’ experience in building services, producing carbon reducing solutions and working collaboratively with their other office, this innovative and dynamic consultancy are looking for an experience senior mechanical design engineer to help head up the projects from the Croydon office.
Working in education, commercial and residential, this building services design role will be a chance for you to increase your skills across the different sectors and be involved in practice that actively invests in the team.
As a senior mechanical design engineer, you will be expected to
Carry out mechanical design and project management across a variety of projects.
Liaise with the clients and attend meetings.
Carry out surveys/quality inspections and produce the relevant reports.
Use CAD systems in line with the company standard.
Carry out IES thermal Modelling.
Follow and implement company procedure.
Oversea junior staff.
Hold a full UK driving license.
Knowledge of CIBSE guides, IEE/CDM regulations and British Standards.
Qualifications
Hold at least a HNC or degree level.
Experience in residential, education and commercial sectors with 5 year’s experience.
