Are you an experienced project manager, with excellent commercial awareness, ready to step into an outstanding new leadership role for a market leading supplier in audio-visual solutions, with sites in the UK, Norway and Croatia?

Are you looking for a position where you will working on some of the most exciting projects globally, whilst heading up a team of experienced people, leading the delivery of complex technical projects for a company who are passionate about unleashing their employees potential?

The role:

• Manage project scoping and requirements definition alongside the sales team
• Deliver strategic development of technical support services
• Manage customer delivery projects in line with company values
• Develop your teams skills and competencies
• Build strategic relationships with key customers
• Create and deliver project reporting tools
• Initiate process, tools and methodology improvement activities
• Leading and project managing larger projects

The person:

• Leadership experience
• Project Management experience
