£45,000 + training + progression + profit share + potential for directorship
Are you a mechanical or marine engineer, with supervisory experience, looking for a highly autonomous role, where you will be the go to person for all engineers on site, within a role where you have the potential for excellent progression, all the way to directorship?
Are you looking for an exciting role with a well established organisation, which is currently moving into new markets, where you will have a high degree of responsibility, in a job where no two days will be the same? You will be a key connection between the workshop and managers, with the potential for you to become a director of the company, and profit share in the business.
On offer is the opportunity to join a passionate and ambitious mechanical engineering company, who provide a range of specialist services, from dock equipment and boat repairs, to manufacture of bespoke components. You will be managing a team of fully qualified and highly skilled engineers, with a huge wealth of expertise and knowledge, whilst mentoring and supporting apprentices and junior employees.
The role:
Managing a team of skilled engineers
Mentor junior engineers
Assist with health and safety compliance – ensure the workshop is secure and safe
Toolbox talks
Attend client sites
Continuous improvement – increasing efficiency and reducing cost where possible
The person:
Mechanical Engineering background
Supervisory Experience
