Position Description
- Review corporate overhead expenses for cost recovery purposes
- Analyze information and options by developing spreadsheet reports, verifying information.
- Prepare, calculate, and maintain corporate allocations
- Reconcile credit card transactions monthly
- Prepare and review journal entries by maintaining records and files, reconciling accounts.
- Maintain bank reconciliations for corporate entities
- Month-end close responsibilities
- Assist with internal and external reporting
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Curious and highly driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
