First Achieve Ltd Looking for Project Planner at Edinburgh Full Time

First Achieve Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Production Testing Engineer, in the Edinburgh region. You will be working within a prestigious company, who have been established since the 1800’s, they have state-of-the-art facilities & are heavily involved in Global Manufacturing.

The role will be paying in the region of £40,000 – £42,000 per annum

The main purpose of this role is for the high-level planning and scheduling of major projects and bids to ensure a valid operating plan for the business. They will be responsible for structuring project work breakdown structures and working with the bid team to develop prospects into detailed schedules for the execution team. They will also be responsible for supporting complex execution schedules and maintaining key events to keep stakeholders informed and updated on project timelines and deadlines.

Success will be measured in a number of ways

• By schedule experience and quality of schedules created using MS Project
• By adherence and compliance to the agreed procedures
• By effective communication with our internal customers and presentation of schedules
• By taking full ownership of the role and carrying out responsibilities effectively
• By developing skills in IFS to support schedules and setting up projects on IFS
• By working co-operatively within the team and supporting colleagues with team-working
• By the schedule support provided to assigned projects and maintenance of valid plan
