We are looking to appoint an HR Manager.
This generalist HR role has both a strategic and an operational focus, providing expert advice and support on all HR matters. Balancing operational factors, employment law, HR best practice and the culture at Firstsite.
The HR Manager will continuously identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies, rules and procedures and implement strategies that support business growth, develop a positive and open culture, promote employee wellbeing and engagement and to attract and retain talent from broad and diverse backgrounds.
The HR Manager will lead on recruitment and all employee relations issues, such as performance, capability, disciplinary, grievance and absence management.

Flexible working patterns, including some remote working, will be considered. Hours to include evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.
