Flourish Education Looking for Maths And PE Teacher- Dudley- September at Dudley Full Time

Flourish Education are currently working with an alternative provision school in Dudley who are recruiting for a Maths Teacher to join their team from September 2022. Our client’s ethos is to help young people participate in education again, when they have found themselves experiencing difficulties in mainstream.

This role will be predominately teaching Maths across key stage 3 but will also involve some PE on the timetable, this role is a full time starting in September. The role will involve full teaching responsibilities such as planning, marking assessing, and driving improvements in pupil progress.

The suitable candidate will have good subject knowledge of Maths, will be willing to cover PE and will have excellent classroom and behaviour management.

This Maths Teaching role is full time and is due to start in September on a  long term- ongoing basis.

To apply to this Maths and PE Teacher role, you will need the following:
. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) In Maths or Strong experience working as a Cover supervisor.
. Experience teaching in a UK Secondary or Alternative provision school.
. Experience teaching Maths across Key Stage 3
. Excellent curriculum knowledge

Responsibilities of a Maths and PE Teacher
. Whole class teaching responsibilities
. Driving improvements in GCSE grades
. Monitoring and ensuring pupil progress
. Planning lessons and marking work
