Roles & Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for ensuring that Credit Control Debt is kept low
Reporting on Credit Control weekly to the Finance Co-Ordinator
Management of Company Credit cards
Invoicing and posting these on client portals
Payment Reconciliations
Supporting the Finance Co-Ordinator with VAT and Management Accounts
Bank Reconciliations
Sending Client Account Statements
Resolving Client Queries
Supporting the Finance Team in other areas of the department such as Purchase Ledger
Person Specification
AAT Level 2 Qualified
At least one year’s experience working in a Finance Department
Driving Licence
Tenacious and resilient
Confident on the telephone – willing to challenge and overcome barriers
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
Detail orientated with strong organisational skills
Trustworthy and discreet with sensitive information
