Experience within payroll is not needed but a “here to help” attitude is a must. If you have an excellent phone manner and a high attention to detail then we want to speak to you.
Summary of role
Answering inbound calls
Making proactive customer service calls
Receiving and handling payroll / general queries
Responding to incoming emails in a professional manner, within business service level agreement
Working closely with the line manager to exceed targets and deliver results as expected
