Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering with a leading global consultancy business for a HR Analytics Manager. You’ll be part of the HR Analytics team covering for a maternity leave for one year. With a remit spanning multiple countries in Europe, you’ll be responsible for data capture and analytics, proving insights across all facets of HR data. You’ll provide reporting and your work with data will help aid effective decision making and solve problems related to people. This is a central London, hybrid working role with 2-3 days in the office expected to collaborate with colleagues.
Duties will include:
To be considered for this role you must have at least four years experience working in HR/People analytics and prior people/process/project management experience is preferred. The ability to work effectively with data and utilise Excel is essential. You should also have experience with various reporting/visualisation tools such as Tableau, Alteryx or PowerBI. An understanding of complex and international HR functions is key. You must have excellent teamwork and collaboration skills and be willing to support the team wherever needed. This is a one year FTC so you must be available on short notice and be happy with this type of contract.
