Futures Manufacturing Looking for Electronics Development Engineer at Bolton Full Time

Our client, an electronics manufacturing business near Bolton, require a Electronics Development Engineer with to join the R&D team. The business have an excellent design team with talented electronics and software engineers and needs to strengthen its test and development skills.

You will work within the R&D team as the Electronics Development Engineer with primary involvement in electronics and software but some activity within mechanical too. You will have an opportunity to develop the automated test framework, developing the test framework in the programming language of your choice (e.g. Python, Perl, C#, Java etc.) as well as carrying out traditional test development activities.

Test Development Engineer – Skills and Abilities – Software Testing / Engineering / Electronics / Embedded

• Test Development experience
• Automated Test Scripting experience preferred
• Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility for the test and validation development
• Creating Test Strategies and Test Cases
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience testing Electronics and Embedded Software / Firmware related products
