£20,000 – £25,000

Grafton UK are proud to be recruiting for a market leading luxury British watch company based in Oxfordshire. Due to continued growth our client is looking to source an experienced Diagnostics Technician who will be responsible for assessing product to determine the necessary work needed to return to good order and aesthetical accuracy in line with company standards.

As a Diagnostics Technician you will also work alongside the wider Quality and Service Centre functions, to ensure customer and internal service levels are met and that accuracy of data is maintained, to support ongoing corrective action & continuous improvement of product and service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Recording of information using ERP system for the generation of repair paperwork and data tracking.
• Appraise and document condition on receipt of all customer products. Analyse, define and record product fault
• Determine most effective repair processes required and the identification of correct components needed to fulfil repairs and service.
• Perform outbound inspection & test on all product, ensuring effective repair/service has taken place and that company technical and quality standards are met.
• Maintaining of workstation and tools to optimum working condition.
• Adhere to company processes and procedures.
• Support in continuous improvement activities to develop greater level of quality and the most effective and efficient best practice approach is followed.
• Support Service Centre department with technical feedback
• Cross functionally supporting the Quality department where required
