We require a dynamic individual who has an interest and positive attitude to working within an in patient setting. The post holder should be prepared to pro-actively contribute to a ward environment, as part of a comprehensive multi-disciplinary team.
The post holder will assist in the overall delivery of care to patients on the Ward. Working with adults of working age in a PICU mental health setting.
We support our service users when at their most vulnerable; providing holistic care throughout their admission.
They will be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care. The post holder will at all times comply with the NMC Code of Conduct, relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
The post holder will be required to work a shift pattern, including nights and weekend work.
