A financial services organisation based in Slough is recruiting for a graduate position. They are looking for an analystical thinker, with a degree that would reflect this, so finance, economics, maths, business as examples. The role is based in thier Dealer Finance Operations Department.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES for the Dealer Finance Team
1. To establish themselves as a main contact for the Dealers in all aspects of New and Used vehicles through the wholesale inbox.
2. To ensure daily payments and collections are done in a timely manner and no outstanding’s are accountable for the daily run.
3.To be a main point of contact for all Fiat brands and associated brands ensuring that the correct payment reconciliations and reports are produced in a timely manner.
4. To be fully conversant with the SAP system, (Training will be given).
5. Action all daily dealer requests and answer any queries.
6. To manage databases for new and used units and ensure that all manual databases agree.
7. Production of management information, statistics and analysis when required.
8. To produce daily/weekly/monthly reports to Head Offices.
9. Completion of monthly Dealer package.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree educated in a relevant discipline including economics, finance, business
Inquisitive mind and natural disposition for quantitative analysis.
Demonstrating excellent team building and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work with technical subject matter and to tight deadlines
Good analytical skills
Strong Excel skills
