Payroll Administrator Rugby Permanent £27,000 per annum plus benefits
Our client a leader within the construction industry are seeking a Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis to join their shared services team in Rugby.
Responsibilities:
Undertake the day to day activities of the payrolls ensuring deadlines are adhered to
Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies
Ensure all payroll activities are performed as per company policies and procedures and in line with current legislation.
Primary point of contact for employees pay queries
A thorough knowledge of SMP, SAP, ShPP, SSP and SPP legislation is required
Demonstrate the ability to work in a busy environment
