An innovative and sustainable brand changing the way we shop and view cleaning products. This start up has all the tech and all the passion, they just need more motivated people to join their rapidly expanding business!

THE ROLE

As an Insight Analyst your focus will be to understand the customers through deep dive analytics, specifically you will have to:

• Use SQL to query data and provide insights into customer segmentation, retention and engagement
• Predict how business decisions may be responded to by the customer, allowing the business to strategically plan releases and product launches
• Provide insights through telling a story with data, stakeholders need to understand not just what they are looking at but how they can use this data better!
• Understanding churn and customer lifetime value looking at best ways to ensure subscribers are engaged and loving the product!

YOUR SKILLS

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Strong SQL to query and code large data sets, being analytically minded and a passion for data led decisions
• Experience working across different teams pulling data from a wide range of sources
• Great communicator and able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language

THE BENEFITS
