Role: Financial Analyst , London (HYBRID), 12 months contract until 7th Jan, 2025 , pays up 34.62 GBP (72K GBP p/annum) + benefits+ bonus

FINANCE / FORECASTING /FINANCIAL MODELING / SQL

My Client, world’s best known leader in technology sector famous for its search engine along with other fantastic products, is looking for a Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and disseminate data within a FP&A area to drive operational excellence, deliver insights, and revenue growth.
• Build or maintain financial models that track direct and allocated spending, planning, and forecasting for deals in product or finance area(s).
• Create financial reporting for a product area, market, or team within Finance and provide insights and impactful recommendations.
• Design and obtain buy-in for process changes.
• Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation.
• Develop data and research to identify and mitigate risk and escalate issues as needed.

Skills/Experience :

• Knowledge of financial accounting, managerial accounting, and cost accounting principles.
• The ability to monitor the risk environment and provide insights to enable effective risk management and controls.
• Ability to complete financial modeling such as deal modeling, M&A activity, multi-year forecasts, cash flow models, etc.
• Ability to create, track and manage KPIs and other financial performance metrics.
• The ability to systematically gather and analyze data from a variety of internal and external sources.
