Business Analyst – £350 DOE

Due to organisational growth and further expansion a role has been created for a Business Analyst.
Your new role
As a passionate and adept individual, your primary responsibility is to manage and execute a range or tasks such as working with the IT Service Manager and with the Change Manager. You will be able to form a critical bridge between the operational business within the change and technology team and the enabling partner.
The role will involve liaising with the internal stakeholder and external customer to also have an understanding of the estimate of future volumes and performance measures, structures and policies along with making recommendation on simplifying processes and documenting the output in a manner that can be consumed by the change managers and IT managers.
What you’ll need to succeed
- To analyse the new requirements, form internal clients and translating into functional specification for the product developers
- To provide a functional review of the product after each iteration
- Experience with gathering process requirements for the design and build organisation process structure and IT application
- Educational achievements or equivalent to a higher education HBTECH/A level in business ICT/behaviour organisation studies or equivalent
- Experience user of VISO and ArchiMate
- Proven ability of working on projects and programmes in large complex organisations and the ability to demonstrate how activity contributed to the initiative success
- Business or ICT related degree
- Business Analyst qualification, BCS ISEB
