Accounting and Administration Manager
Location: Amersham
Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As we expand our operations, particularly in the U.S. market, we are seeking an Accounting and Administration Manager to lead our accounting and administration functions. This role is integral to our mission of achieving sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
Your new role
Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements in compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP standards, ensuring they accurately reflect the company’s performance.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all accounting activities comply with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements, both domestically and internationally.
Closing Processes: Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Audit Coordination: Lead the audit process by coordinating with external auditors and providing the necessary documentation and clarifications.
Policy & Procedure Management: Implement, review, and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to improve operational efficiency.
Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Team Leadership: Manage and develop a small finance team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial activities.
What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and reporting, preferably with international experience.
In-depth knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP standards.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Proficiency in MS Office and industry-standard accounting software applications.
