Your new company
A family run, local commercial contractor is looking for a maintenance coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will be 100% office based, and the working hours are 8:30-5, Monday-Friday.
You will be a part of an office team of around 5 staff members and managing around 4 engineers.
Your new role
To schedule maintenance work, allocate labour, quote and order parts.
Occasional site visits to meet with clients and monitor engineer performance.
Completion of reports including finance figures, engineer productivity.
Sourcing and order parts by negotiating the best deals with suppliers.
What you’ll need to succeed
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft office applications – word, excel, teams
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Full UK Driving license and access to own vehicle
What you’ll get in return
Salary £25,000 – £30,000 per annum depending on experience
