Your new company This Building Services Contractor is looking for both Mechanical & Electrical Design Managers to manage and do full design across a variety of sectors, such as commercial, education and healthcare projects. As a Design Manager, you will play a vital role in this company’s continued success working on prestigious projects throughout the UK.
Your new role You will be a key member within this multi-disciplinary and versatile team. Your skills will be instrumental in delivering high quality Mechanical & Electrical Design and Project Management. You will be working closely with clients and partners to drive energy efficient and sustainable design for highly technical schemes across a variety of sectors.
What you’ll need to succeed
Minimum of HNC/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or similar / related discipline.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Mechanical or Electrical Building Services Design (Consultancy or Contractor)
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Hevacomp, Amtech etc.
You will be to communicate effectively with internal and external design team members and can liaise with lead and/or support engineers to ensure that discipline designs are completed to expected quality and programme.
