Your new role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated 2nd Line Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This is a full-time role based in our office.
Office 365 (O365): Manage and troubleshoot O365 issues, ensuring optimal performance and user accessibility.
Microsoft Teams: Provide support for Microsoft Teams, including managing user access, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and assisting with feature utilisation.
Exchange: handling tasks related to Microsoft Exchange Server, such as managing mailboxes, troubleshooting mail flow issues, and maintaining the health of the server.
ServiceNow: Use ServiceNow for incident management, ensuring all issues are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
Remote Support: Provide remote support to users, resolving issues efficiently to minimise downtime.
Surface Pro Devices: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Surface Pro devices, including hardware and software problems.
Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Manage and troubleshoot Azure MFA, ensuring secure access to resources.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. They should be able to communicate effectively with users of varying technical abilities and work well in a team environment.
