This 40 bedded home specialises in providing in Dementia Care to the Elderly, as well as those requiring Palliative Care Treatment as well. The home has a GOOD CQC already in place, so you will be joining a team who pride themselves on maintaining great client care and an excellent reputation in the local community.
Staff Nurse Skills and responsibilities Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV Wound management Administering oxygen Putting together treatment plans Overseeing a team of care assistants Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team
