We’re looking to speak with experienced Risk and Compliance professionals to discuss joining a highly successful business within the financial services sector on a permanent full-time basis.
You are looking for flexibility and integrity in the workplace. You are procedure driven and someone who wants to make a difference. You have a working knowledge of risk and compliance and a Financial Services background.
What does the day to day look like?
The Risk and Compliance Analyst will support the Manager with the operation of the Risk and Compliance function. This will include the Risk Frameworks, Compliance Monitoring, Breaches and Incident investigations and Oversight Reporting.
Are you this person?
- Perform compliance monitoring
- Supporting 3 rd Parties on a variety of assurance activities
- Regular maintenance and updates of compliance registers
- Maintaining risk registers and all associated records
- Investigating compliance breaches
- Updating policies and procedures
- Working with internal stakeholders to provide updates on updates to policy and procedure changes
Are you who we are looking for?
- Experience in a Risk, Compliance or Audit role
- A background in an FCA regulated environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and Excel
