NEW PART QUALIFIED ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT REQUIRED BY INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION BASED IN FARNHAM
Are you a Part Qualified Accountant with strong all round accounting skills as well as experience of managing a small number of staff?
Do you have previous experience in financial accounting & analysis ideally gained within a manufacturing or similar environment or a desire to do so?

Our client is a world leader in its niche sector with an outstanding reputation for innovation and development and their UK Head Office is based in Farnham. They are a well established and extremely friendly & professional organisation currently seeking to recruit a Part Qualified Accounts Assistant to join their friendly and professional Finance Team. This is a varied role managing two accounts clerks and would best suit an Accounts Assistant with considerable all-round practical experience who are already studying for professional accountancy qualifications and duties are summarised below:-
Manage and support, motivate and mentor 2 Accounts Clerks
Maintain accurate accounting records
Analysis
Maintain ledgers
Statutory accounting
Financial reporting
Additional financial and management accounting duties to include recommendation of improvements to the efficiency of the finance department
Our client would particularly welcome applications from Part Qualified candidates who have strong all-round finance ability who would like a carried and responsible role within a small accounts team and would like to work in a friendly/supportive environment in a company that is local but has an international presence. Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment would also be an advantage and as this company also deals with Blue Chip organisations a flexible attitude, excellent communication skills as well as a high degree of professionalism are also required attributes.
