This Managed Service Provider are looking for an incident manager, to manage, resolve and fulfil all divisions within the business. This will include any internal incidents, along with third party, and client facing resolver groups.
Responsible for efficiently and effectively handling all incidents, you will also aim to act on data with recommendations to improve the day to day productivity of different IT teams through use of KPIs and SLA performance.
You will need a healthy IT understanding and feel comfortable acting as an escalation point for clients, acting as a deputy to the Service Delivery Manager.
