Ivanti Administrator – Remote (UK) – GBP 40,000 DOE

My client is an award-winning and rapidly growing Managed IT Services Provider. They deliver services to more than 30,000 users around the world!

My client offers remote working, however, you will need to live and have the right to work in the UK.

This is an exciting role where your main responsibilities will include:

• Solution design and implementation of new features within the tool
• Support existing processes within the tool; resolving issues and amending processes for enhancements.
• Be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues within the system.
• Working closely with both internal and external customers.

Required Experience:

• ITIL
• Experience administrating & working with Service Management Toolsets (Ivanti/ServiceNow etc)
• Exposure to ITIL principles and framework
• Excellent knowledge of administrating ITSM Management toolsets.
• Proficient in building workflows and designing processes.
• Writing business rule logic and expressions.
• Development lifecycle and deploying development packages/update sets from Dev/UAT to Production
• Designing Test Plans and Test Cases.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices.
