Job Specification:
As a Sales Executive, you will support the customers throughout their buying journey – from their first point of contact to the moment they take delivery of their new car. You will meet and greet customers, prospect and appoint leads; and fully qualify customer needs whilst professionally selling vehicles and peripheral products in line with industry regulations.
You will be responsible for helping deliver all aspects of the Sales Process within the department by being at the core of all sales enquiries and part of the Sales team. You will ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of the obligations that they have entered into, doing so with integrity and above all, treating customers fairly.
You will take pride in representing both the company and the brand to the very highest standard.
Person Specification:
If you are a high achieving, fully qualified Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ experience and a sound understanding of the Sales Process, we would love to hear from you.
Existing and potential customers are at the heart of everything our client does, therefore you will be a customer-focused individual that possesses a passion for delivering exceptional customer care. Naturally organised and able to process detailed information, you will keep your product knowledge up to date and relevant and be motivated to achieve in a results-focused environment.
You will have an outstanding work ethic, be able to lead from the front, inspire your colleagues to ‘raise the bar’ and exceed their full potential whilst driving Sales and add-on performance forward.
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with experience of working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
