Investigo Limited Looking for Interim Financial Controller – 6m at London Full Time

Investigo is partnered with a Global Marketing Agency to hire a Financial Controller into their Group function for 6 months, this role will have ownership of group consolidations, statutory accounting and technical queries. You will be a key team member during a busy period helping with the preparation and closure of the audit. There is the scope for this role to be extended or go permanent for the right person. The company offers a hybrid working model with 2 days per week expected in their Soho offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the Group statutory consolidation process and related consolidation adjustments
• Manage Inter-company accounting processes partnering with the offshore team to deal with queries / adjustments.
• Preparation of group statutory financial statements
• Manage the group statutory audit and act a main POC for all queries.
• Partner with the Global Accounting Manager with technical accounting support of GAAP
• Ad Hoc strategic projects.

To be considered for the role you will need to be fully qualified and ideally have 3 years PQE experience in a large listed business. You will have an interest in keeping up to date on all technical accounting standards and enjoy embedding new processes into a business to drive efficiency’s. Preferably you will be immediately available and have the confidence to hit the ground running during the year-end busy period.
