IPS Finance Looking for Practice Bookkeeper at Wakefield, West Yorkshire Full Time
Hybrid working bookkeeping role which can be fulfilled on a part time or full time basis.
The successful candidate will be experienced at providing end to end bookkeeping. You will ideally be able to use Sage, and cloud-based tools such as Xero for bookkeeping.
Responsibilities:
General bookkeeping.
VAT returns.
Process sales and purchase invoices for many different clients.
Bank reconciliations.
Maintain and reconcile purchase and sales ledgers for a number of clients.
Journals
Individual:
Previous bookkeeping experience gained within an accountancy practice or an accounts assistant/bookkeeper from industry seeking a practice move
Experience of Sage, Xero and other accounting software
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Organised and methodical
Client focused
Ability to work under own initiative
Salary is dependent upon experience.
