Role: AV & IT Support Technician

Location: West London

Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 + Bonus

An award winning, global technology and tech event rental organisation is recruiting for an AV & IT Support Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. Working day to day with different clients and new trending technologies, you will be required to have strong technical knowledge of many different types of hardware e.g. servers, workstations, laptops, mobiles & tablets, projectors, printers etc.

They have profited year on year and are constantly expanding globally, their client base runs further than just technology companies, they provide equipment to governments, military, movie sets and major FTSE 100 organisations all over the world.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Testing new hardware and equipment upon return from the client site
• Install, operate and service equipment
• Support clients by offering technical support
• Prepare, install and image computers
• Asset management
• Maintain records of equipment
