Are you an experienced Bid professional with a track record of winning work through excellent proposal management & tender preparation? Jefferson Wells are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a global leader in multidisciplinary Engineering, Science & Technology to recruit for 3 Bid Specialists to join their team on a permanent basis.

Working with a diverse range of customers in defence, Maritime, Energy & coastal infrastructure to name a few, they provide a wide scope of services such as Design & Consultancy, environmental/climate solutions and asset management.

You will be responsible for liaising with internal & external stakeholders to work closely with wider networks & Partner companies. This will include pricing activities & task scoping and working with technical & sourcing teams to provide clear & successful proposals.

What are we looking for?

• Track record of proposal management & tender preparation
• Experience of working in any of the following sectors preferred; Defence, Engineering or consultancy
• Understanding of bidding/proposal practice & procurement process, including quality systems
• Ability to write effective & compelling proposals
