This firm is looking for a Contracts & Projects Construction Solicitor 4+ PQE to join their team in the City of London.
This firm’s leading team are proud to act for some of the foremost companies in this sector.
They advise construction professionals, contractors, employers, operators, investors and their insurers across a wide range of industry sectors, providing all aspects of project advice.
Experience Required:
The firm is looking for experience in advising on procurement routes, engineering and construction documentation (including consultants’ appointments, building contracts, collateral warranties, third party rights and security documentation), joint venture agreements, PFI and PPP documentation, alliance agreements etc.
The firm has an extensive portfolio of international work.
Many of their clients’ projects are based in the Middle East and Africa, with these regions seeing rapid growth and providing excellent opportunities.
Experience in advising on projects internationally, including in the Middle East and Africa, is preferred but is not essential.
The ideal candidate will have contacts within the construction industry to develop into clients, but this is also not essential.
