Title: Agile Transformation Engineer – 38154
Division: Powertrain
Contract Position based at: Whitley, Gaydon
Rate: up to £31.54/hr Ltd umbrella
Position Description:
An experience transformation engineering is required to join our newly formed transformation team to shape the powertrain way. The role involves working closely with senior management and cross functional teams across the business to plan and lead key transformation activities.
Skills Required:
Experience in implementation of agile methodology at scale. Good verbal and written communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Track record as an effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Skills Preferred:
The candidate must be able to demonstrate professionalism, diligence and a focus on transformation priorities in a team environment.
Experience Required:
Agile methodology. Problem solving skills. Communication and teamwork.
Experience Preferred:
Project planning skills. Event organisation.
