Are you interested in becoming a Refinish Sales Manager with a speciality chemicals company with an established position in the refinish market, selling into the automotive, solvents, underbody coatings, lubricants and associated products sectors?
You would be responsible for growing a paint brand within the company’s portfolio to an existing customer base consisting of 1,600 distributors and Motor Factors.
You will draw on your experience to identify bodyshop end-user opportunities through distribution leads. This will entail encouraging their distribution and factor customers to grow with their existing brands and also adopt their new refinish products if they are appropriate for the customers and their market sector.

They have multiple manufacturing and warehouse facilities throughout the North of the UK.
To be successful in the role, you will have a first class understanding of the workings of a UK distribution/motor factor customer and a clear understanding of the refinish market in the UK.
You will not be afraid to seek and reach out to new potential accounts as well as having the relationship building skills to increase your share of account in each of their existing accounts.
Ideally, you will be based in the central belt of the UK for travel purposes, however, you can be based anywhere in the UK.
