Our client is an international Business to Business organisation, that is looking to appoint a Portuguese-speaking Account Manager to support their existing clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and international team and contribute to the growth of the company.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing communication from partners to all the internal divisions
Supporting clients with training for new products and features
Managing and escalating issues
Supporting Senior Management
Other administrative tasks as required
About you:
The ideal candidate for this role will need to have great communication skills and confidence in making presentations in both English and Portuguese. For this role, would be essential to have previous experience in a Client/Customer Service or Account Manager role.
Profile:
Required to be fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
Proven experience in a Customer/Client Service or Account Manager role
Must have excellent MS Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to work as part of a team but always on own initiative
Confident, organised, and motivated mind-set
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
