Work as a Deputy Manager for a fantastic Care home in Aberdare. Our client is one of the leading healthcare providers in the UK offering a great working environment, training, career progression and benefits. Our client’s care home is designed to support 50 residents needing residential, nursing and dementia care. The home has a great local reputation, high staffing levels and supportive directors.
We’re looking to place an excellent RGN/RMN qualified Deputy Manager with superb healthcare experience, including running a successful older people’s nursing care home.
Drawing on your nursing home experience, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the best quality care is prioritised and delivered through effective leadership and home management. You will support and inspire continuous improvement within the home, both in the quality of service provision and commercial performance.
