Job Description
A role to work as a Deputy Nurse Manager in a large nursing home in Falkirk has become available. We are looking for an RGN or RMN Registered Nurse to lead the team. The role will be a full-time position with a rate of up to £20.50ph.
As the Deputy Manager, your main duties will be to lead the team during your shift, playing a key role within the home, overseeing and assisting every aspect of nursing care and activities within the home. You will be responsible for creating and updating individual care plans for our residents as well as maintaining clear, accurate, up-to-date medication records.
We are looking for a Deputy Nurse Manager to work 3 days on the floor and 1 supernumerary day. This would be 44 hours per week with a starting salary of up to £20.50ph (£47,000).
As the Deputy Nurse Manager you will receive access to excellent training and development. In addition, your DBS will be paid for, and your NMC will be paid for after 12 months.
