Support Analyst – Corporate Systems
Hours of Work: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: The starting salary will be from £28,762 up to £31,411 per annum in Grade 6a, depending on qualifications and experience
You will be part of the Information Systems team, supporting and maintaining corporate IT systems. You will assist in the provision of end user support and guidance to students and academic and support staff, and contribute to the development of new services, ensuring that they are fit for purpose, meet strategic and user requirements and that the potential of existing technologies is maximised. You will be working across a range of technologies which may include Intranet, Customer Relationship Management, Microsoft 365 and Service management systems.
Working in a complex environment, your work will involve effective communication and consultation with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with industry best practice, IT standards and regulatory compliance.
Applicants must have practical experience of providing user and technical support and engaging with end users to understand their requirements and develop solutions. Excellent problem solving, customer service and communication skills are essential.

This role will be located at Leeds Trinity University campus in Horsforth, Leeds. Through our agile working framework, there may also be the option to spend some time working remotely to support work life balance, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
