Junior IT Support Engineer (£22K – £27K based on experience)
Lennox IT ltd are a well-established, family-run, small business with a passion for technology and problem solving. After several years of strong growth, we are looking to expand our team with another IT support engineer who would be responsible for providing assistance to our nationwide base of business clients. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join a friendly, motivated and knowledgeable team with huge potential for professional growth and where two days are never the same.
Main Responsibilities:
Managing your own support cases from the initial report of an issue through to resolution
Networking, Computer repair, Software and Hardware troubleshooting, IT deployments and System upgrades
Providing business-to-business IT support to customers both over the phone and on-site at their business premises
Working predominantly with Microsoft technologies including Windows 10, Microsoft Office and Windows Server / Azure
Managing cloud-based systems such as Microsoft Office 365 and Google G-Suite
Candidate Requirements
The right candidate must be comfortable working directly with end-users and be a confident, clear communicator who is able to manage client expectations while staying calm and polite. The candidate must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based technologies and have some commercial experience working with IT systems. The role will involve some travel so a full UK driving license is a must.
Full requirements
Minimum 1 years commercial experience in an IT role (can include work experience)
Full UK driving license
Strong communication skills (customer service experience would be beneficial)
Strong time management and organisation skills
Happy to work as part of a small, dynamic team and jump in where required
