We have an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliation Coordinator to join a firm of international accountants. The role holder will be responsible for accounts payable, and bank and credit card reconciliations for high-net-worth celebrity and famous sports clients.
£26,000 – £28,000, possibly slightly higher for the ideal candidate + Fully Remote + Excellent Benefits
Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliation Coordinator’s Core Duties
- Processing purchase invoices
- Processing purchase ledger payments
- Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards
- Processing expense claims
- Preparing weekly / bi-monthly activity reports
Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliation Coordinator’s Skills Required
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year’s experience with bank reconciliations
- Minimum 1 year’s experience operating in a high volume environment
- Knowledge of UK VAT would be useful
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-lookups
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Proficiency with managing multiple G/L codes
- Proficiency navigating bank statements and reconciling
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, organised, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with enthusiasm and energy
- Team player
