We are seeking to recruit a talented and enthusiastic office manager to manage and oversee the office staff and to provide support to SLT as directed by Headteacher.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administration of the school office including the line management of the Office Team. Previous experience of leading and motivating staff; providing clear vision and direction would be desirable though support will be provided.
You will be ensuring all systems and procedures are followed to provide the best front of house service to parents, visitors and pupils. You will undertake full procedures as part of admissions responsibilities for the school. Strong written,verbal and ICT skills as well as an understanding and ability to maintain confidentiality will be vital to the role.
