About the opportunity
Throughout the Programme, you’ll have access to a wide range of professional development programmes plus both formal and informal learning. Our aim is that you will develop the skills to become a great Property Development Manager at MAG. We’re confident you will finish the three-year Programme with a breadth of knowledge that spans across the business and a range of management skills that will stand you in good stead for the rest of your career.
Over three years, you will
- Complete a thorough induction programme which includes trips to each of our airports.
- Rotate across different areas of the Property function which may include Asset Management, Property Lettings, Property Development and Commercial Valuation.
- Complete an Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to gain RICS accreditation.
Who we’re looking for?
Most Importantly, we’re looking for someone who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a good eye for detail. You will be a forward thinker and be able to spot business opportunities in a creative and methodical way.
- We are ideally looking for someone with a Property Surveying degree but if you can demonstrate good working knowledge and expertise of the property market, then this isn’t essential.
- You’ll also need to have the right to live and work in the UK; to meet our security clearance requirements, you should have lived in the UK for the last three years.
