Internal Sales Executive – Investigations
This role is for an Internal Sales Executive at a successful British Detective & Digital Forensics business based in London. The company is expanding its team and seeks driven and diligent individuals with either sales experience or a background in law enforcement, such as ex-police officers.
What does the role look like?
The role involves helping B2C and B2B clients find solutions to their problems, particularly in uncovering dangerous and risky situations by collaborating with the Digital Forensics team. The Internal Sales Executive will undergo training to understand the company’s services and will be responsible for managing new inquiries, generating business, and overseeing the full sales process.
– Minimum 2-3 years of desk-based sales experience (B2B or B2C).
– Demonstrate a consultative sales approach.
– Experience in managing the full sales process, from inquiry to close, and account management.
– Driven, resilient, and articulate.
– Professional demeanour when dealing with sensitive and confidential situations.
– Training for the first 4-8 weeks to understand all services.
– Managing new inbound inquiries and generating new business.
– Overseeing accounts from instruction to case completion.
– Managing marketing platforms for generating inquiries.
– Making 40+ calls per day and maintaining a pipeline of at least 20 inquiries daily.
– Collaborating with the Digital Forensics team for successful case completion.
– Business development to acquire new accounts.
