Manpower are supporting our client in recruiting a Warehouse & Logistics Manager in Cwmbran.

Suitable candidate will need to drive
Key Elements of the role
- Management of budgets for warehouse, fulfilment, rework and B2C.
- Management of Logistics operations to include staffing (permanent/temp/agency), storage (Inc. external), HASAW, assessing risk and E2E supply chain management.
- Compiling reports/data for KPI’s to include inbound/outbound, rework, picking, volumetrics and adhoc.
- Preparation of documentation for external audits.
- Transport operations to include contractual management for haulier and courier business. To also include external tendering for shipments nationally and internationally.
- Administration of personnel as listed within this document to include appraisal reporting, holidays, time in lieu, training, and PPE in accordance with Logistics operational requirements.
- Warehouse equipment management to include tendering of short- and long-term hire contracts and maintenance.
- Coordinating manning and transport requirements for the shows in conjunction with the Design managers requirements.
- Any other duties that the manager may decide from time to time.
Suitable candidates will have knowledge of logistics operations, storage, supply, and distribution
Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Various internet-based booking systems
Lean Six Sigma – Green belt minimum
