PERMANENT ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/PURCHASE LEDGER – BEDFORD – SALARY NEG depending on experience

So, on a daily basis you will be involved in:-

• General administrative duties relating to the accounts team
• Posting and reconciliations of Purchase Ledger/invoicing
• Assisting with the day to day duties of purchase ledger control
• Reconcile and validate VAT information
• Dealing with month end
• Working with the team and local reporting to management
• Managing and reconciliation of petty cash & expenses

What we need from you:-

• Previous experience in a similar role for Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger/Accounts Assistant role
• Ability to work as part of a team and assist where needed
• Be reliable and self-motivated
