Join a growing Health & Safety business stream for a building consultancy in Bristol as a Senior Health, Safety & CDM Consultant. If you choose to join this business, you will work closely with a wide range of clients within the built environment providing strategic advice for the development and implementation of health and safety policy across complex construction and infrastructure projects.
Sector specialisms included Residential, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Retail and Hotels. Beyond this there will also be work within Industrial, Roads, Warehousing and Heritage. The role is a combination of the Health & Safety Consultant role, combined with Client Advisor/CDM Advisor.
To meet the role requirements you will be expected to hold at least Tech IOSH membership, whilst working towards chartership. NEBOSH Construction is essential and an affiliation with the APS would also be favourable, as would a degree or background within construction or design.
As always, the key point is having experience within a similar role, so certain qualifications can be overlooked if there is demonstrable experience of delivering a similar role within a consultancy environment. Training and development plans are offered for candidates who are looking to progress within a certain professional field.
Hybrid working between home and the Bristol office is encouraged, but there is some flexibility should a candidate be South Wales or further South West England based. This is an opportunity for a self sufficient consultant to run and deliver their own schedule of works in an autonomous role.
